The very funny
musicalization of Monty Python and the Holy Grail by Eric
Idle and directed by Mike Nichols. The show is short for a musical
(just two hours, including intermission)
but the laughs are nonstop.

One of the highlights
of the evening was when orginal Pythons Terry Jones and Terry Gilliam
accepted an award from the Guinness Book of World Records for staging
the largest cocoanut orchestra of over 5,000 people in Trufalger
Square earlier that day, breaking the record previously held by
the Broadway company of Spamalot. It was not mentioned who
held the record before that.
