Jon first performed
in Taming of the Shrew as Vincentio at the Globe Playhouse.
The four inch nose he sported melted and fell off during one performance
while Katharina performed the monologue at the end of the play.

a shorter nose when the production transferred to the Richard Basehart
Playhouse, but that didn't help him when he made an entrance to the
uproarious laughter of the audience, only to disover that his pants
had fallen to his ankles. |
