New Orleans
is world-renowned for their fine dining, and with good reason.
Joe, Jon and Ken made certain to make complete pigs out of themselves
on their journey.

Jon and Joe at the Sea Port on Bourbon Street, home of the finest
pecan pie you've ever tasted. This picture was taken on their
second trip to the place, after sampling the pecan pie at other
restaurants and discovering that no one else came close.

Ken under a poster he liked at the Sea Port, but was disappointed
to find that he couldn't sneak it out under his shirt.

The cafe is most famous for their beignets, which are lumps of
deep-fried doughed liberally covered with powdered sugar. Jon
and Ken had breakfast there one morning and quickly realized why
there were so many 300 lb. people walking the streets of New Orleans.

The tastiest meals were had at the delightful Mulate's cafe near
the convention center, where the trio enjoyed grilled alligator,
jumbalaya and twice-baked potatoes. Another establishment that
was visited more than once.
